ONION & GARLIC SOUP

Ingredients:

4 onions
2 bread slices
50 gms garlic
1 bunch Parsley
30 gm red capsicum
30 gm yellow capsicum
30 gm green capsicum
Salt to taste
50 ml refined oil
800 ml water

Procedure:


Peel and slice onions thinly. Peel and chop garlic. Cut capsicums into fine strips. Clean & chop parsley. Yoast bread slices and cut into cubes.




Heat oil in a thick bottomed sauce pan. Add chopped garlic & saute. Add sliced onions & continue sauteing till garlic and onions get slightly brown. Add water and bring to boil. Simmer for 10 mins tills the onions get cooked.




Add salt & capsicum strips. Bring to boil again. Add dry herbes. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
